The management team, not all of which is listed on the web site, is comprised of all industry veterans with a blend of younger managers that provide for a nice mix of talent. In the government and political sector, we are members of the New England Council, the New England-Canada Business Council, the nationally focused TechNet forum and we routinely participate in state sponsored international trade missions by request from the former Governor Benson and current Governor Lynch. The CEO, Bob Good, is the designated State of New Hampshire Commercial Consul to Canada. Good Leads® is heavily involved and sponsor many Technologies forums including MIT Enterprise Forum, North Shore Technologies Council, Merrimack Valley Venture Forum, Target Technologies Incubator at the University of Maine, New Hampshire High Technology Council, the Rhode Island Technology Council, the North Carolina Technology Assn., the Florida chapter of the American Electronics Assn. and the Connecticut Technologies Council. From an infrastructure perspective, all of the team operates with state of the art hardware and software technology. The firm is vigilant about physical and data security in its facilities; has redundant servers in place and dual lines of data streams for back up purposes. The firm additionally has primary and secondary lines of IT management. Internally the firm has access to not only our database of contacts but access to the publicly accessible sources as well. New call accounting software for internal use is in place. Good Leads® has a web accessible CRM system for our customers who need remote real time access to our/their database and lead management information.

Target Technology Center at Orono is a new 20,000 sq. ft. information technology incubation and research facility for growing companies. Located near its partner, the University of Maine in the Town of Orono, its clients are next door to internationally recognized researchers in fields such as GIS and supercomputing. The organization formerly known as RITEC is now called Tech Collective. Tech Collective embraces its original constituency of Rhode Island Information Technology companies and their stakeholders and introduces a new constituency‹Rhode Island's Biotech and Life Sciences companies and their stakeholders. Tech Collective also frames a new organizational structure, which allows them to be the parent organization to multiple independent but affiliated sector specific technology cluster associations.
